Y Schools Queensland is seeking a Wellbeing Counsellor based in Brisbane for a permanent, full-time in office role. You will support young people by promoting mental, emotional and social wellbeing, offering a safe space to talk, and applying evidence-based counselling approaches.
You will design group programs, deliver Thrive wellbeing training to staff, assess student needs, coordinate supports, and collaborate with teaching staff to create Personal Education Plans and inclusive learning
