Kinetic IT is seeking an End User Field Support Technician to deliver hands-on technical support at customer sites across Australia. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networked devices, maintaining business continuity.
The role is 5 days onsite with potential interstate travel, and training is provided to accelerate ramp-up. You’ll work closely with customers, bring solid communication skills, and apply knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and device management tools.
