Westpac is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Manly to be the first point of contact for branch customers. You will provide a welcoming, supportive experience, assist with banking transactions, and guide customers to the right banking solutions.
Training will be provided to learn Westpac products and services. Working 25 hours per week in a Max-Term 18-month role, you’ll help customers with everyday banking queries, promote digital platforms, and ensure compliance with policies.
