The Southern Hotel Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Assistant Café/Restaurant Manager to join the restaurant/cafe management team and assist in the daily operations of the business. The hotel runs three distinctive food outlets: Cafe Inferno, Fire + Ice Restaurant and Bar 839.

Support the management of three food outlets

About you

Experience in restaurant/cafe management

Understanding of the changing dynamics of the industry

Willing to be versatile within a team environment

Ability to give and take direction

Willingness to lead by example

Commitment and passion for the industry, customers and colleagues
