French Saloon restaurant in Melbourne CBD is looking for experienced casual Kitchen Hands to join our team.

We offer flexible shifts with a mixture of days 9am-5pm or nights 4pm-11pm and ideally be available for 2-3 shifts a week, with priority given to applicants who are available on Fridays and Saturdays.

Our casual rates are $33.05 per hour from Monday to Friday and $39.66 on weekends. Full time also available to the right candidate.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who:

Has attention to detail

Reliable and trustworthy

Can work under strict time guidelines when performing daily tasks

Be Polite, patient, friendly & effective

Works well with others and able to work alone

Takes pride in maintaining the cleanliness of the venue

About the job

Dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning duties.

Assist chefs with basic food preparation.

Receive, check and put away stock deliveries.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
