Warwick Fabrics is a family-owned company and one of the world's leading fabric wholesalers. We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Showroom Consultant to join our Sydney showroom, located in Glebe.

This position would suit a vibrant and enthusiastic individual who enjoys daily challenges, customer service, and variety in their work. The successful applicant will provide helpful and professional customer service to trade clients and members of the public, both in the showroom and via email and telephone.

Responsibilities

- Assist trade and retail customers with fabric selections and the collection of fabric cuttings.




- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain showroom presentation and undertake general administrative duties.

Skills and Experience

- Background in interior design or a related field.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Strong multitasking skills in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Skilled presentation and manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
