Profectus is seeking PMO Analysts to support the Program Management Office of a registry modernisation program within an Australian Government agency. The PMO supports more than 20 projects across three workstreams with status reporting, RAID management and governance. The work covers coordinating status reports, maintaining RAID and decision registers, preparing steering committee packs and building reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide a timely, transparent view of program status for all stakeholders
- Coordinate status reporting from projects and workstreams
- Maintain RAID registers, action logs and decision registers
- Prepare steering committee and governance packs and minutes
- Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards
- Support resource onboarding, scheduling and administration
- Improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Document PMO processes and train agency staff to run them
- Contribute templates to the program’s delivery playbook

Required Experience

- 3+ years in PMO,



project support or reporting roles
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintaining RAID and governance artefacts
- Preparing governance packs and minutes
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Australian Government programs
- PRINCE2 Foundation or P3O

Security Clearance Requirements

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must have a current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (minimum)

Working Arrangements

- Onsite at client premises
- Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane or Traralgon (VIC)
