The role:

Reporting to an experienced CFO you will take control of the Payroll function covering approximately 200 people across 3 States through Employment Hero.



You will have the opportunity to streamline processes and further configure Employment Hero, which was implemented 6 months ago. You will also be working with awards, processing fortnightly and Monthly payrolls, managing employee payroll enquires, coordinate workers comp' payments, administering salary sacrificing and reporting.

What you need:

- End to end Payroll experience
- Employment Hero experience is ideal but not necessary
- Understanding of interpreting Awards
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A love of Payroll as this is not a mundane role.
- Ability to work within and to contribute positivity to a great team culture.
