We are seeking a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.
About the Role
Reporting to the Park Manager,you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly and professional service while assisting with bookings, enquiries, check-ins and general reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls and email enquiries
- Managing accommodation and park bookings using RMS
- Opening and closing reception in accordance with operational procedures
- Completing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming reception area, including vacuuming and light-touch cleaning as required
- Processing payments and maintaining booking records
- Assisting with other reception and administration tasks as required
About You
- Previous reception experience is essential
- Experience using the RMS booking system is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Friendly, professional and team-oriented
