Altius Group is seeking an Employment Consultant to partner with Rehabilitation and Vocational Consultants. You will help injured or ill individuals secure new employment, primarily from our Tuggerah NSW office, through outreach, program promotion, and recruitment activities.
You will build a host-employer database, manage re-training applications, and travel within client areas to establish relationships. A proactive sales mindset and robust communication skills are essential.
