Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location : Sydney

Mode: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and user stories.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessments.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Capital Markets Domain Knowledge

- Understand the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including:
- Trade initiation and order management.
- Trade execution and trade capture.
- Trade confirmation and validation.
- Clearing and settlement.
- Reconciliation and reporting.
- Work with financial instruments such as:
- Equities and Stocks.
- Fixed Income and Bonds.
- Derivatives.
- Options and Futures.
- Foreign Exchange (FX).
- Interest Rate Swaps.
- Understand Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office operations.
- Work with trading, risk management and post-trade processing teams.
