Concrite, part of the Boral Group, is seeking an experienced Batcher/Team Leader for our Canberra Mini Mix operations in Fyshwick. You will coordinate drivers and plant staff, ensure accurate batching and dispatch, and uphold safety and quality to deliver reliable concrete products.
Lead day-to-day operations, mentor the team, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders in a rapid-paced site.
