Shoalhaven City Council is seeking a Coordinator - Resource Recovery to lead the safe and productive operation of its resource recovery facilities in Nowra. You will manage staff, contractors and assets while driving safety, accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
The role requires on-call availability, overtime as needed, and progression through grade steps as performance objectives are met. 38 hours per week at the West Nowra Recycling Depot with a leaseback vehicle option.
