Salary: Hourly paid £14.45 per hour paid monthly in arrears
We are looking for an experienced cleaning supervisor to lead a team of cleaners at two office blocks in the Newburn, Riverside area of Newcastle. The role is responsible for the day to day core clean of two office blocks and overseeing a team of 12 cleaners ensuring that the standards are met and training and coaching of the team to drive a best in class service to the client.
Cleaning experience to BISCs level would be preferrable but similar experience in the same type of role would also put you in valuable stead to fulfil this role, Supervisor experience is necessary and the ability to converse with the team and clients are a key driver.
