St Vincent’s Care Corinda is seeking a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant) to join a dedicated team delivering compassionate, person-centred care. You will support residents with daily living activities, uphold rights and care plans, and maintain accurate records, contributing to a respectful and engaging home setting.

The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent, 12 months+ residential aged care experience (dementia experience valued), and
