VIS Global Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking an experienced Technical Support Senior Engineer (DTE) with robust Avaya UC, telephony infrastructure, and contact centre expertise. You will provide onsite Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex UC issues, and ensure reliability of enterprise telephony systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Avaya Aura (CM/SM/SMGR/AAMS), AES/AAEP, CMS, ASBCE, SIP/H.323, Linux, and VMware experience, plus NV1 clearance; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams
