At TechnologyOne, we build software that makes life easier. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Brisbane team and help shape the future of digital council services.

You'll join our Local Government team, working on GUIDE for Residents , an intelligent digital experience that helps residents access and complete council services. You'll build modern web and mobile applications across Android and iPhone using React, TypeScript and C#.

What you'll be doing:

- Build and maintain mobile applications for Android and iPhone, alongside responsive web experiences.
- Develop mobile features using native or cross-platform technologies.
- Integrate applications with secure cloud services, APIs, authentication, notifications and device capabilities.
- Build cloud-native solutions using React, TypeScript and C#.
- Work with Product Owners, Designers and Engineers to deliver intuitive, accessible customer experiences.
- Contribute to technical design, experimentation and proof-of-concepts.
- Develop automated tests, including unit, integration, UI and device testing, using Playwright where appropriate.
- Champion code quality through testing, code reviews and continuous improvement.
- Build seamless conversational, transactional and mobile journeys for residents.
- A passion for software development, agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Experience using AI coding agents throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience developing and shipping mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Experience with React Native, Kotlin, Swift or equivalent cross-platform frameworks.
- Understanding of mobile architecture, secure API integration, authentication, push notifications,



accessibility and responsive design.
- Experience building up-to-date web applications and customer-facing digital experiences.
- Experience with mobile testing, release pipelines, app signing and App Store/Google Play deployment is highly desirable.
- Experience with AWS is desirable.
- Experience with automated testing, particularly Playwright or similar frameworks, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence using Git, Rider, JIRA and Confluence.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Based in Brisbane, or willing and able to relocate.
