Pacific National is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor – Locomotive Maintenance for the Nebo facility to lead a team delivering secure, reliable maintenance on a 7 on 7 off roster. You will supervise locomotive maintainers, coordinate work, and ensure quality while meeting fleet availability targets.
You will play a pivotal role as the liaison between operations, engineering and planning, driving safety, efficiency and continuous improvement in a demanding, safety-critical environment.
