Glencore's Oaky Creek Coal in Tieri, QLD, is hiring a Senior Training Coordinator to lead training program development, delivery and compliance across the site. You will drive sustainable training systems, audits, onboarding, and training packages for coal mine workers, while building strong stakeholder relationships and leading a training team.

The role requires a proven underground mining background, a solid safety culture, and excellent planning and reporting capabilities.
