Are you organised, valuable with people and someone others can rely on?

We’re looking for a friendly and capable person to join our small, but very busy specialist medical practice. If you have strong administration, reception or customer-service skills and are experienced in a medical setting or keen to learn, we’d be very happy to hear from you.

This is a genuine hands-on role where you’ll get to know our patients and work closely with a small clinical and administration team.

Key responsibilities

Welcoming patients and managing reception

Phone and email enquiries

Appointment bookings

Referrals and patient correspondence

Liaising with doctors and other health providers

Keeping patient records and administration up to date

Helping the practice run smoothly day to day

About you

Confident in a client facing environment

Organised and accurate

Comfortable learning new systems





Calm when things get busy

Reliable and able to commit to regular weekly hours

Happy to pitch in as part of a small team

Strong administration, reception or customer-service skills

Previous medical experience is welcome but not essential
