About the role - Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to start immediately at our strategic client operations in Sefton, NSW. The position is ideally suited to someone who is mechanically mined and production focused. The preferred applicant will need to demonstrate processes skills in Order fulfillment and Dispatch , Freight Handling and Logistics, Control stock and inventory management , measure, and distinguish between various pipework and ducting components.

Key Responsibilities

- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
- Driving light to Medium Trucks




- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Identifying, measuring, and selecting pipe and ducting components as required
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Assisting production teams to deliver products and components on time

Essential Requirements

- Current Forklift Licence (LF) and (LO)
- Full Driver Car and Light vehicle License with no restrictions
- Previous warehouse/stores experience
- Ability to accurately measure and identify pipe and ducting components
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude

Desirable

- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing , Manufacturing , or industrial supplies
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory systems

- Competitive Hourly Casual Rate $42.65 per hour plus Super
- Casual Role 3 Months plus with view to Permanent role
- Immediate start prior to Christmas & Recent role for 2027
