What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate and monitor production machinery with confidence
- Measure, cut, and fold sheet metal to accurate dimensions
- Ensure smooth, productive, and safe production processes
- Perform routine checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Work closely with a supportive team to meet production targets
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing (using SWI Machinery preferred but not essential)
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to safety
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
