- Daily programming and monthly reporting to parents
- Consistently improve centre performance
- Attract, convert, and retain enrollments by engaging and building rapport with parents, families, and community networks
- Provide professional development pathway opportunities for your team

Requirements:

- All qualified Cert III or Dip in Children's Services
- Full time without working hour restrictions
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF with proven results
- A dynamic personality, creativity and a explicit passion for early childhood education
- A cooperative team player who loves and respects children in all their individuality and developmental stages
- Commitment to excellence in early childhood
