About the role

We are seeking experienced Cleaning and Housekeeping Team Members to join Demos Property Services in Alexandria, NSW. This is a part-time position offering flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As part of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' properties to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your expertise and dedication will directly contribute to client satisfaction and the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

- Performing comprehensive cleaning and housekeeping duties in a commercial property
- Ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, paying particular attention to detail and client-specific requirements
- Utilising appropriate cleaning products, equipment, and techniques to achieve optimal results whilst maintaining health and safety standards as per training provided
- Following detailed cleaning schedules and checklists provided for each area under your responsibility
- Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns identified during cleaning to management




- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Adhering to all workplace health, safety, and environmental guidelines

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience working in professional cleaning and housekeeping roles, preferably in residential and/or commercial settings or a willingness to learn and follow instruction
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent quality standards across all tasks
- Physical fitness and capability to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and working at height where required
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently whilst also being a collaborative team member
- Good communication skills and a professional, courteous approach to client interactions
- Access to reliable transport
- Familiarity with various cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is advantageous
