DEVELOP's Woodlawn Copper-Zinc mine is located in the Lachlan Fold belt in NSW. We require a Surface Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and lead mechanical maintenance for the processing plant, focusing on asset support and reliability.

You will oversee five key performance dimensions and drive safety, cost targets, and plant availability while mentoring trades and apprentices. This permanent, full time role offers growth in a expanding operation.
