CNC Machine Operator required, capable of all facets of programming and set out on the machine and familiar with the Mozaik program.
This position is available at Southern Joinery, a well-established business in the Southern area, which has been trading for 75 years plus.
The chosen applicant will be working in a friendly environment with some employees that have served the firm for 30 years plus (which speaks for itself).
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery.
- Operate CNC 'Mozaik' Program accurately (training will be provided).
- Reading & Interpreting Joinery Plans.
- Cabinetmaking (Assembling Kitchen & Cabinetry Components)
- Ability to read joinery plans and interpret technical drawings.
- Solid attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Good organizational & communication skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Being able to work independently and part of a team.
- Safety focused.
Full training will be provided for the right person. And, for the correct applicant, this position has room for progression for movement and growth into a more senior role in the Company if interested and is a fulltime position.
Working hours are 7:30am - 4pm (Monday to Friday), with 13 RDOs per year, along with 4 weeks annual leave and sick pay.

Pay rate will be between $35-45 per hour, along with bonuses paid yearly, calculated on your skillset.
