CBRE GWS Local is hiring a Building Service Alarm Coordinator on a permanent, on‑site basis in Melbourne. You will monitor BMS/AIMS alarms, direct technicians, and perform boiler blow downs with appropriate training.

The role includes light HVAC maintenance, escalation to specialists, and reporting on after-hours triage and root causes. Bring a valid driver’s license, OH&S; induction (White Card), and Working with Children Check.
