Moran Aged Care is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our Care Team at Moran Sylvania. You will lead a energetic, person-centred lifestyle and wellbeing program, collaborating with care staff, on-site professionals, families and community partners to enhance residents’ independence and social connection.

You will oversee monthly activities, develop individual lifestyle plans, and help ensure programs reflect residents' needs, cultural backgrounds and choices while supporting quality care
