Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to a high standard.
- Ensure consistency, presentation and portion control across all dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering and inventory control.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods alongside the kitchen team.
- Support senior chefs with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Contribute to a positive, professional and team-oriented kitchen culture.
