Magic Eden, a fast-growing blockchain company, is looking for an HR Operations Lead to run day-to-day people operations across a globally distributed team. You’ll own onboarding, offboarding, HRIS (Rippling) and Deel EOR workflows, partner with Finance on payroll, and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
You’ll report to the COO and help shape an scalable HR function as the business expands into US, UK and AU markets. Remote-first, with flexible schedule across time zones.
