THEM is seeking a contracts professional to own commercial outcomes on live Class 2 residential projects in Sydney. You will lead procurement, subcontracts, variations, claims and final accounts, with a robust focus on cost reporting and forecasting to protect margins.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, proven experience across multiple trade packages, and solid Procore skills. Australian work rights are essential.
