Jem Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with occupational health experience to lead our East Coast (SA, VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, ACT) Results team.

This is a unique leadership prospect for a clinically experienced RN who understands occupational health, quality assurance and medical results management, and is passionate about developing people and delivering outstanding customer service.

Reporting to the East Coast Operations Manager,



you’ll oversee the end-to-end results management process, ensuring occupational health assessment results are clinically accurate, quality assured and delivered within agreed service levels. You’ll also lead and mentor a dedicated team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working predominately from the Jem Health Sydney clinic, with opportunity to work from home occasionally after training period.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading the Results Management team to achieve quality, accuracy and turnaround time KPIs.
- Managing the review
