The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a Learning and Capability Consultant (Tobacco) to design and deliver targeted training for Tobacco Licensing Victoria. You will help staff build the skills to license tobacco businesses and enforce regulations within a dynamic government environment.

You will plan and deliver onboarding for current staff, develop courses using online tools, and coordinate with external providers to meet learning needs.
