We're looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse - Team Leader to lead and inspire our nursing team in Fairfield.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, coach and mentor a team of nurses and clinical support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Oversee treatment room operations, including equipment, stock management, infection control and clinical compliance.
- Support chronic disease management programs, health assessments and preventative care initiatives.
- Manage nursing rosters, workforce planning and recruitment activities.
- Partner with healthcare professionals and operational leaders to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.




- Drive quality improvement projects and support accreditation requirements.

About You

- Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in General Practice, Primary Care or Community Health.
- Proven nursing leadership or management experience.
- Strong understanding of chronic disease management and preventative healthcare.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for developing teams and delivering patient-centred care.
