Our client is a well-established WA property group with a robust reputation across commercial property, sales, leasing, development and investment. They are seeking an organised, proactive and versatile Commercial Property Administrator to support the smooth running of their commercial property operations, marketing activities and office environment.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the directors and commercial team, this role has two areas of responsibility:
1. Provision of support to the sales & leasing team, overseeing the administrative processes from listing and marketing through to settlement and completion; and
2. Management of a small number of commercial properties.

This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, anticipating what needs to be done and moving seamlessly between detailed administration, marketing coordination and property management.

About You





- Previous experience in commercial or residential real estate in either administration or property management.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with clients, suppliers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating marketing materials, online listings, social media or digital communications.
- Strong attention to detail when managing documentation, invoices, reporting, databases and property records.
- A proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused approach, with the initiative to anticipate needs and see tasks through to completion.
- A friendly, professional and service-oriented manner, with a willingness to assist wherever required.
- Confidence using business systems and databases; Cirrus8 experience will be highly regarded.
- Familiarity with website content management or email marketing platforms will be advantageous.
