Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our Digital/IT team. The role provides high-quality Level 2 technical support to employees across the organisation, covering desktop, networking and business systems.

You will manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, coordinate escalations and support IT infrastructure rollout. The position includes participating in an on-call roster to support 24/7 operations, with some travel to provide proactive onsite support.
