Wintringham Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Care Partner for the Northwest Metro Home Support team. You will lead and mentor Care Partners and Support Partners to deliver high-quality, participant-centred services, coordinating intake, assessments, care plans and complex care with families and healthcare providers.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Nursing or related field, a Victorian driver’s licence, and proven ability to lead staff, manage budgets and ensure compliance
