You will work closely with General Practitioners to deliver patient-centred care, support clinical procedures, chronic disease management and preventive health initiatives.
Essential: Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, with demonstrated General Practice experience. Robust communication and teamwork are required.
