An established property and strata management business is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join its growing team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and customer-focused professional to manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized strata schemes across Sydney, with a focus on South West Sydney.

Working within a supportive and qualified environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to owners corporations, committee members, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized strata schemes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors and stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
- Provide professional advice on strata legislation and compliance matters
- Manage maintenance requests and contractor engagement
- Handle dispute resolution and problem-solving matters
- Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting
