Ethan Global in Melbourne is seeking a Desktop Level 2 Consultant to join our onsite team five days a week. You will work directly with users to resolve technical issues and contribute to service delivery excellence, leveraging Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

The role requires robust communication, customer service, and hands-on troubleshooting across the Microsoft stack, including deploying laptops, imaging, and mentoring Level 1 staff.
