Motion Engineering & Services is seeking a Workshop Leading Hand in Brisbane to lead a skilled workshop team and drive safe, efficient maintenance operations at Acacia Ridge. This permanent full time role offers market-aligned remuneration with annual reviews and a vehicle.

You will coordinate daily workshop activities, supervise planned and reactive work, perform hands-on mechanical fitting, and ensure accurate scoping, estimates and maintenance records while promoting a strong safety culture
