This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising field crews and delivery partners across operational and maintenance programs while ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality network construction outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise field technicians, civil crews and subcontractors.* Conduct site assessments, network surveys, inspections and quality audits.* Review construction designs and validate scopes of work before execution.* Coordinate construction activities to meet customer commitments and delivery targets.* Monitor contractor performance, defect resolution and compliance requirements.* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Safety, Quality and operational standards.* Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching, mentoring and field support.* Liaise with clients, authorities and stakeholders to support network operations.* Participate in an on-call roster.



**About You**You are an experienced telecommunications professional with solid knowledge of fixed network construction and maintenance environments. To be successful, you will bring:* Minimum 5 years' experience within external telecommunications networks.* Proven experience leading field-based teams and subcontractors.* Strong understanding of network construction methodologies including: + Fibre deployment and maintenance + Cable hauling + Civil construction activities + Network audits and quality inspections* Working knowledge of HFC, FTTN, FTTC and FTTP networks.* Ability to interpret network designs, build packs and construction documentation.* Experience managing contractor performance, KPIs and service delivery outcomes.* Strong focus on safety, compliance and quality assurance.* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. **Why Join Service Stream?** At Service Stream, safety, accountability, collaboration and delivery are at the heart of everything we do.
