You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, maintain a full-stack setting, and work closely with senior staff to support Australia and Current Zealand users onsite while assisting remote JAPAC users.
Ideal candidates have a foundational degree in IT and hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, AD, VPN, and AV systems.
