Sedgman is seeking a safety-focused, confident on-site HSE specialist to act as the primary safety contact across Bowen Basin sites. You will report to the HSE Superintendent, perform hazard identifications, and drive hazard reduction actions in collaboration with site teams.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in mining or heavy industry with environmental management exposure, robust communication skills, and relevant Cert IVs. Regular site travel and safety program delivery are essential.
