Total Tools & Hardware Group (Part of Metcash) is seeking a Retail Systems Support Analyst to maintain and validate product, supplier and pricing data, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve challenges across ordering, pricing and EDI. You’ll collaborate with stores, suppliers and internal teams using SQL and Excel VBA to investigate data and issues, improve processes and keep systems running smoothly.
