Peoplebank is seeking a Senior Program Officer to provide end-to-end secretariat services for boards and support governance and coordination functions across branches. The role may also assist other teams with governance reviews, capability uplift activities, and project support.
The successful candidate will lead a small team, manage agendas, minutes, and terms of reference, and engage senior stakeholders while helping improve governance processes and Agile practices within the organisation.
