Are you looking to take the next step in your IT Service Management career? We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking two Junior ITSM Support Analysts to support and enhance key ITIL service management processes within a secure environment. These permanent positions offer the opportunity to work closely with operational and technical teams, driving process improvement and service delivery outcomes across critical ICT services.

Change, Release & Configuration Experience

- Support and maintain Change Management processes
- Assist with Release Management activities and governance
- Contribute to Configuration Management and CMDB accuracy
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and compliance uplift

Incident & Request Management Experience

- Support Incident and Major Incident Management processes
- Monitor and report on service performance and trends
- Assist with Request Management workflows and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with service desk and operational teams to improve customer outcomes

About You





- Experience supporting ITSM or ITIL-based environments
- Understanding of core ITSM disciplines such as Change, Incident, Release, Configuration or Request Management
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work within a secure government or enterprise environment

Essential Requirements

- Current NV2 Security Clearance
- 2 Years experience
- Ability to work onsite in Canberra
