Treu Construct is a Melbourne insitu concrete and structural contractor, established in 2022. We build the structures behind some of the most bespoke high-end residential projects in Victoria, from basements and off-form walls to suspended slabs.

The role

We need a Site Engineer who knows concrete structures and wants to own them on site. You will run the engineering side of formwork, reinforcement and pour (FRP) works, alongside our site supervisors, project engineers and project managers. Projects are across metropolitan Melbourne.

What you'll do

Start to finish of procurement, trade letting and financial management of projects

Programming and sequencing of projects

Review structural and shop drawings, and raise RFIs before issues reach the pour

Check reinforcement schedules against the design and resolve discrepancies with fabricators

Set out the works, and check levels, formwork and reinforcement before each pour

Plan FRP sequences,



concrete bookings, deliveries and labour to hold the program

Manage ITPs, pour records, concrete test results and non-conformances

Contribute to SWMS and toolbox talks, and keep safety front of mind on site

What you'll bring

A degree in civil or structural engineering

2+ years' site experience on concrete structures

Sound understanding of FRP sequencing, with working knowledge of AS 3600 and AS 3610

Confidence reading structural drawings, with Bluebeam, Aconex or Procore experience highly regarded

Experience setting out with a total station or laser level

Construction Induction Card (White Card) and a current driver's licence
