Support autistic adults to live with greater independence, confidence and choice in their daily lives. This role is based in the Alexandra, Eildon, Yea or surrounding areas and involves providing reliable, consistent support in the community and during scheduled shifts.

Key responsibilities

Provide calm, reliable and consistent support to autistic adults.

Work in line with Behaviour Support Plans and individual support requirements.

Support participants to achieve their goals and engage in daily activities and the community.

Maintain skilled boundaries, safety and respectful communication during every shift.

Use a reliable, registered and insured vehicle to travel as required.

What we're looking for

Experience supporting autistic adults.





Experience working with Behaviour Support Plans.

A calm, reliable and consistent approach.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion.

Current driver's licence.

Reliable, registered and insured vehicle, essential for every shift.

Evidence of Australian working rights.

Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability is preferred.
