Wishbone, the Melbourne opening concept from Lucas Collective, is seeking Sommeliers to join Noẽma’s launch team in Melbourne’s CBD. This hands-on role centers on exceptional wine service, cellar management and crafting memorable guest experiences.

You’ll work with Loïc Avril and Yuki Hirose, Group Head Sommelier, to shape the group’s wine programs from day one. Full time and casual opportunities are available.
